Presumably I earn points on the €20 spend? Is this enough to renew the points for another year? I have a lot of points and can't use soon but I don't want to lose them!!

Amounts paid using A|Club rewards gift vouchers do not generate A|Club points credit. You will earn points on the remaining 20€(minus taxes). Thanks to this stay, your points' validity will be extended for 365 days.
