Since we are still under the old system, I am actually a CO Silver, so United (I mean Continental..wait it's all United now right?!?) wants $99 for a 757-200 E+ seat.
But I was given a "free" E+ seat on the UA 767-300 that I am flying out on. How does this make any sense?
Right. UA gives E+ to all Elites for free (until the programs converge).
CO gives Extra Legroom (ELR) seats for free to Golds and up.
