Did you try calling and asking for MR (when talking to reservations)? You might get instant fixes.
I prefer doing my communication in writing, because it's the best result I got when I communicate with Marriott.
Not sure why but everytime we call MR, we got very unfriendly CSR that are very unhelpful (getting to the continental European standard).
I wrote to them earlier today so let's see if they are going to fix it.
