If TalkMail is what you mean
that is unfortunately a separate path -- it's sent manually on a biweekly basis.
Tech says the server was just tested to see if it would queue and lock the queue properly, which could have caused intermittent issues if the server began to overload; this has been reconfigured and should help.
Please report if you see a change in your subscriptions arriving tomorrow morning.
