New to this forum so I hope I'm publishing in the right spot. My daughter and I are flying the day after tomorrow. I was looking at the seat map tonight and saw two bulkhead seats open (at a price, of course) and scooped them up. The email confirmation I got, though, only showed being charged for one and when I looked at the seat map, one of us was now in the front, while the other was in the back.

I called Continental and after a long wait the operator did confirm that they'd successfully moved us together, and that we were sitting in the bulkhead seats. The problem is, when I look at my reservation, we're still in our old seats - but when I look at the seat map outside of my reservation (checking the flight's status), our old seats are open and the bulkhead seats are taken.

The operator assured me that we are in the bulkhead but I'm confused why that wouldn't show. And now I'm concerned that we won't even have our OLD seats.

Anybody have this happen?
