I got this on a targeted 100,000 bonus point (with 500 spend in 3 months) this Fall. The card is nice, especially if you work the UR Shopping portal, and getting paid a grand to get the card wasn't bad.

I wouldn't go for 25,000--I'm sure if you wait something a little better (like 50,000) will come around.
