That's great!
Having the AEDs on board makes our job a lot easier if called to help.
I haven't actually had to shock someone with an onboard AED yet, but having the heart rhythm available for analysis on the screen has helped me with sick patients not in full cardiac arrest.
Anyone know what model of AED is being used on AC flights? I ask only because some AEDs do not have a monitor displaying heart rhythm, and some have a manual override that can allow more sophisticated use by properly trained personnel.
