I am already went to my rehab counselors last year and we were talking about me and TSA, too. Why I am no longer work at Sky Harbor. I did not assaulted witih the screener but, I actually that I physically pushed her at checkpoint. I remember that I went through the metal detector. I did not arguing her and I am not have a aggressive from her. I could not understand what she say something to me. I remember TSA manager Jack & supervisor came by see me and I explained to them that I could not understand it. I remember when the entire concourse is almost shutdown. I am really lucky that I didn't get arrested for that and I am accepted apologizes for my behavior at airport back in June 2008.

I don't know AZ. law but if you pushed her that's most likely battery. With that said since you've completed rehab & time has past see if you can set up a meeting with the airport badgeing authority & TSA if needs be & see if they will let you get a SIDA badge. It's up to the airport.
Good luck I hope you get your job back.
