This is a big minus compared to most other FF programs that actually allow some flexibility with redemption bookings (as a BA Gold card holder I have full flexibility to change or cancel any miles bookings with no penelty).
although this is not published, and maybe only for gl/pl/tpl, i've canceled a bonus ticket (issued ticket! not just the voucher) and points were redeposited in my account. the cost was 75$ (of course the return only points that are still valid).
