Of course it's a disgrace. If you actually read my post I was calling out the ridiculous comment by channa that indicated this was typical of one airline over another. It shouldn't happen at either one, but unfortunately it does from time to time. The "us vs them" mentality perpetuated by many here, particularly channa, is the primary reason that the quality of discussion here has deteriorated so dramatically. It doesn't hurt to point that out and call it what it is.
