I think 16 GB would be too low. I have 32GB on my iPhone and have about 15 GB left. I have 1600+ songs, 700+ photos and over 150 apps. When I upgrade I will probably get the 64GB. It seems like apps keep getting bigger and bigger and of course I keep adding to my song and photo libraries.
