Offered by a couple of young Portenos, lots of fun, and you see all the high points around BsAs. Tip them whatever you feel is appropriate (very low key and extremely friendly young people). Just meet them at the sites listed on the webpage, and get ready to walk a couple of miles and enjoy.

Do both of the tours. The morning tour visits the President's Palace and other historic spots, the afternoon tour visits Recoleta and a lot of the beautiful architecture in the rich areas of the city.
