There was a
thread last month about it not being possible with a LH ticket for a CO flight.
It was even UA-coded CO, IIRC, but since it was an LH ticket, that became problematic.
I'll update the list with EUA upgrades for now, but the CR1/SWU one is a bit hit or miss.
