This is a problem I have found with AA for years, legitimate diversions followed by inept rerouting and disastrous operating consequences, not to mention inconveniences to passengers. They seem to fixate only on sending planes to where they have their own handling.
Yes ... but they have their own handling in all three cities. So, there must have been some other reason (parts/couldn't get a slot in ZRH)
