So I don't travel very much internationally, mostly domestic. I am AA PLT and traveling on AA 78 (DFW-LHR) on 1/21 and AA 51 (LHR-DFW) on 1/26. I requested mileage + copay upgrade on AA51 but unsure if it will clear. Now I am wondering if I should also request AA 78 in case AA 51 doesn't clear and I am stuck with zero upgrades. Here is what EF says:
