According to this site, Clearwater doesn't allow alcohol on the beach.

This says that Cocoa beach is "one of the few that does", but glass of course is prohibited.

I found an Orlando Sentinel article that says Volusia County (Daytona, New Smyrna) prohibits alcohol on all beaches.

I don't know about others offhand, but if you google around, you should be able to determine the rules at particular beaches that are nearby.
