This is odd... now I'm seeing that the UA/CO lifetime mile combining was scheduled for 12/31 but doesn't appear to have occurred:
DECEMBER 31, 2011 – Mileage recalibration and combination.

Lifetime miles balance recalibrated for MileagePlus accounts

Lifetime miles balances combined for those members with both a MileagePlus and OnePass account
