I'm not really concerned with the CO UA combination, its my EQM I thought I was earning since I joined UA mileage plus in 1990. In the last three years I've accumulated hundreds of thousands of miles on United. I thought those were being added to the BIS miles as a one time bump. If so, where is this bump? Are they still in the process of issuing them? Or am I confused.
UPDATE Alright, I may have embarrassed myself horribly. I thought that the one time bump would include all miles, not just EQM, from the past. So, am I right in assuming that that is incorrect? And that what they're actually doing is simply adding EQM that were not BIS? Like fare bonuses etc? Boy do I feel dumber than a box of particularly stupid doorknobs
