As far as your domestic clearing before your 292. As long as you told them to hold the EVIP for 292 then they will not apply it only to a domestic leg. So, if you are EXP, at T-100 your domestic COULD clear just fine on your EXP status but they will NOT pull your EVIP
Just make sure your upgrade request is set to pull your EVIP solely based on 292 clearing
