I found it to be the total opposite of this! The staff is mostly from other German Hiltons with some "trainees". Everyone was helpful to me and had no issues.
I have also posted many photos of the Hilton FRA airport here. The Sheraton has been on my avoid list for year, with check in time over 20-30 min at times.
If the hotel is as bad as I found then it won't last a year. I was obviously the unlucky one the fates chose for a bad experience. However, my experience has put me off the hotel, which is a pity as I like the German Hiltons and stay in various of them many times a year. The only other one where I have had poor service is the Hilton Koeln.
