Being a former ramper from a snowy city, please understand that snow makes everything on the ground take longer, you have to be careful so that you don't slip on the ground while unloading bags (try walking on a ramp covered in deicing fluid- we should have that at the next DO) and airports are mazes with complex twist and turns all over them, and driving a tug, which sorry to disappoint but it isn't a 4x4, through it is hard, and with 3 or 4 baggage carts is very hard. I've jackknifed a parade of carts before and almost taken out a supervisor at US Airways doing so. Plus it's the holidays, so everything is busy and backed up... I'd just chalk this one up to it being the holidays in a snow storm, and I don't think complaining or getting any compensation would do anybody any good.
