Yes, I have a RFID blocking passport cover. I tried it out using my work ID badge and it wouldn't let me in the office building or my floor or the elevator. It also made the HHMD at Rome's Colosseum bag check go off, as well. I was allowed to go through once the guard saw it was a passport holder.
