It fills a need too, whataburger, jack in the box and crapplebees get old. (denny's,ihop, skillet, wafflehouse, etc as well)
There are lunch trucks as well, but they target industrial park (where I often am), and try to get the factory workers leaving for lunch.
I thought nothing would replace Golden Corral
I can see the lunch trucks filling in the need for far to reach places where there is little selection for food.. That would be normal in Calgary..
I guess the dinner option is a niche that seems to work..
