Please note that the setup of the NEV4 biz seat is highly unusual. There is no foot rest on the seat itself, just some fixed foot well as described above. With the fixed shell of the back seat protruding so much in front of you, it is more convenient to put your feet on the back of the fixed shell than on the designated fixed foot well. At least when sitting down and if you are not tall. Weird.
