I'll probably end up searching this as well, but worth asking:
Does Dulles have a separate International terminal? Just trying to gauge when I should leave in the morning for an 820a international flight, I imagine the standard 2 hours before departure time?
Keep in mind the rental car lots are neither near the terminal nor the Hyatt. Add 30mins to your travel time each way including waiting time for the rental car shuttle. Arriving at an unfamiliar airport late at night, would you rather jump in a cab and go straight to the hotel, or make this trek to the rental car lot then drive to the hotel in the dark?

For the return just pre-arrange a cab to take you back to the airport. With a rental car, you might have to stop to put a few drops of gas in the tank, I've been penalized for not having a gas receipt upon return even though the tank was still full.
