You can either walk or take AirTrain. The walk is inside and isn't that long; however, you can also take the AirTrain that connects all the terminals. The station entrance is above the departures level, just make sure you board the trains going in the right direction.

There is a Delta Sky Club in the International Terminal Pier A after security. However, one Delta webpage says it closes at 3:30PM and another says 4:30PM.

I read that SFO isn't very picky about restricting access to terminals if your flight isn't leaving from there, but I have never tried.
