So the total for 4 nights? 770,016 points.

I find a basic factor missing in this thread discussion so far. Hilton has basically established dynamic reward pricing model. The amount of points for a Premium Room Reward is a specific rate tied to the BAR room rate.
What you need to document is the exchange rate for Premium Room Rewards at different hotels. My analysis shows a redemption rate generally in the range of $3 to $6 per 1,000 points. You will pay 10,000 points for every $30 to $60 in the published BAR room rate for the hotel stay.
Example: 192,000 points is the exchange rate for $4,750 HKD. That is USD$611 today.
$611/192 = US$3.18 per 1,000 HHonors points redeemed for Conrad Hong Kong. That is a low redemption value for Hilton HHonors points.
The redemption value is actually even lower considering the hotel could be booked during the December sale for $3,316HKD per night.
What you need to do is advocate with Hilton HHonors for a higher redemption rate than US$3.18 per 1,000 HHonors points. That is ridiculously low redemption rate for HHonors Premium Rewards.
The issue that standard room inventory may have been reduced in some hotels is a legitimate issue to pursue.
On my blog today I showed a Premium Room Reward value of $9.21 per 1,000 points.
