Groupon.ch shows only the first two transactions -- I have only 5 valid Groupons shown at groupon.ch/myaccount although I have proof that I paid for 10.

I wrote in to their customer support, in English, and got an automated reply in Swiss German. So we'll see what happens there.
As a follow up, customer support did not reply to me yet, but I now have the correct number of Groupons (10) shown in my account.

I am still hoping it will be easy to cancel any that I cannot use for flight bookings.
