The confirmation mail I got says in part:

"Nach Ablauf des Groupon Deals "49 statt 160 CHF - Wertgutschein, anrechenbar auf alle Flüge für Fernreisen und Citytrips weltweit bei eDreams" werden wir Dir den Gutschein und alle dazugehörigen Informationen in einer gesonderten E-Mail zusenden."

That translates roughly to "After the Ablauf of this deal, we'll send you a separate e-mail with the voucher and other information".

Ablauf means roughly "expiration", so you maybe won't get a voucher for 72 hours (when the deal is over)?
