Looks like the city bus strike is still on.

There is Airporter service for $C12 one way, or $C18RT, from the airport to the downtown area. See: http://www.yvr.ca/Transport/Buses/bus_companies.htm

That's what I'll be taking to my hotel when I arrive Friday afternoon.
