This is on AC? With YQ and APD these tickets should cost $600+ each. Don't cheat on your cpm calculations.

Sorry to get off-topic. FWIW, I'd fly twice to Hawaii in coach rather than once in first, if its first on a narrowbody.
Thanks for the heads up on the Olympic tickets.. I just booked yesterday so no I haven't lined up accomodations yet..

I went onto www.expedia.com and chose the routing Calgary to London Heathrow.. The lowest priced booking with taxes was approximately $4,750 each on business.. less $900 in taxes, is $3,850 divided by 60,000 miles (I booked 60K as opposed to the regular 90K point requirement for business based on the promo going on in the link I provided above).. works out if I calculated correctly 6.4 cents per mile (original calculation 6.3 cents per mile rounded down)..
