Bolding mine: While true in what you said, what if (n.b. what if) a moderator is (for lack of a better expression) being "overly powerful" and complaints and/or concerns might be justified? How is the moderator held accountable? And if there is to be "discussion" about said moderator, where does it take place? (imho, it needs to held in private but who is privy?) I ask for my own education not only as a new member of TB and also as a member
