I have used Dial 7 and Chauffeurs unlimited. Chauffeurs was a little nicer--real person answering the phone and very attentive. Dial 7 is a little more voicemail and big, impersonal place. Chauffeurs also had very nice, clean cars. I'd give the edge to Chauffeurs.
