the hotel entrance is located on South side of Elements Mall. It's not easy to find a way from Airport Express Kowloon Station. There's no sign to guide you to find a way, but you can try to find HMV shops first. That means you have to carry-on your own luggages all the way from Airport Express Kowloon Station to the W entrance. I suggest W Hong Kong should provide "Meet & Greet" service in Airport Express Kowloon Station, send a bellboy to station exits to greets guests. The same service provided in Four Season's Marunouchi Tokyo in Tokyo Station as well.
Perhaps this has changed a bit as there are some, but not a lot, of signs to where the hotel is located. IIRC the mall is divided into elemental sections and the W is in the 'metal' section of the mall (other sections include water, fire, wood, etc..) If you are coming up the escalators from the MTR then you go to the left and end up by the La Maison du Chocolat and Pret A Manger. There is an entrance to the hotel in the mall or you could walk outside and then in to the elevator lobby. It should be a 5 minute walk once you reach the mall level.

I was there on a 5 night award stay as was upgraded to a Corner Room. The room itself was very nice and quite large. There are floor to ceiling windows on 2 sides providing a view of the harbor and of HK as well as a building across the Elements development that is a recognizable image when viewing the Kowloon skyline.

The bathroom was generous as well with the same (if not better) amazing view from the shower/bathtub room. The bathroom was divided into 3 parts. The toilet with door; main vanity area with a double sink and; a room with a rain head shower as well as an additional mounted head with its own on/off switch and a large soaking style bathtub.

Typically I am not a fan of the W 'attitude' but for some reason it didn't really exist here. The employees were friendly and helpful. Note that this is my first W experience outside of the US.

The hotel is very convenient to the MTR and just 1 stop from central. I think it was about HKD$8.60 for that ride. However to get to Nathan Road or somewhere on the Kowloon side it really wasn't practical to walk as the hotel is surrounded by construction. To get around I never took the shuttle but rather took a cab which was usually only HKD$20-30 to get to a jumping off point in Kowloon.

My overall impression is that I liked the hotel and wished more W's were similar. Also from my perspective I would next time stay on the other side of the harbor as we ending up spending more time over there then Kowloon. I just didn't enjoy the 'Wanna buy a watch' or 'Wanna get a suit made' greeters every 2 feet on Nathan Road.
