Great folks, good food and a wonderful wine list (which we thought was better than what was available at Vino Volo).
Our two+ hour connection on a SJU-PHL-IAH-LFT routing turned into a nice event at PHL due to this excellent restaurant.

I was sad to see TGIF go, but I've had breakfast at Legal a few times now and it's a welcome change. It's a lot cleaner, nicer and the food is better than TGIF. I haven't had a real lunch or dinner there yet, so I'm not sure how it stacks up to the full size Legal Sea Foods. So far though I think that was a good upgrade for PHL.
