ORD international arrivals at Terminal 5 has to be a candidate for most disappointing terminal of any major airport in the world. Who needs an arrivals lounge when you can entertain yourself by making calls from a payphone or have a dusty Bid Light in the 1980s nostalgia bar? The sad thing is the terminal is relatively new.
I remember someone told me the Terminal was planned to be state-of-the-art, but after 9/11 they have totally revamped it to be "security-first" and this is the garbage we have as the result of that mentality.
