There is no priority immigration for premium passengers in the United States. I don't know if Five Star access is consistent at certain airports. Otherwise APEC membership can give access to the diplomatic lanes if a business traveler from an APEC nation other than USA/Canada, or Global Entry/FLUX for U.S./Dutch citizens.
Thank you BrewerSEA for the information.
Probably it has already been discussed so sorry to ask the question again : As a French citizen, can I be eligible for any program (APEC, Global Entry or any other ) to speed up the immigration / using a different lane ?
Before 9/11 I had a "port pass" card to clear immigration at a machine with my finger prints and the card but this program doesn't exist anymore
As a separate question, it seems that to be eligible to use the fast TSA security lane at MIA & DFW (the one that you don't need to remove your shoes etc) you must be US citizen, is that correct ?
Thank you so much for your help
