As I am sure you could see today, the FA had a terrible time finding a place in the overhead bins for the kind gentleman seated in 4C due to your oversized carry on roll-a-board taking up space in a cabin you weren't even seated in. Had I been in my usual 4C and not 4F I would have hauled your luggage out of the bin and hurled it down the isle for you to stow under your seat, should it not fit, you'd have to check it like everyone else with large luggage.

Many airlines could take a lesson from US and appoint "bin dragons." They are ruthless when it comes to people in the Y cabin sticking things in the J cabin bins. Like that suggestion above they ask the person to stow their stuff at their own seat, or they
will gate check the bag to the destination.
