I also did two Citi cards recently at the same time on two computers, and they are two separate pulls. But I know for the AA cards you could do both at the same time and only have one pull. I think what's going on is different subdivisions of Citi have jurisdiction over different Citi cards, so it really depends on which cards you are applying for. For instance I would guess applying for the Citi TY Preferred and Premier on the same day would result in just a single pull (just a guess). Whereas I did the Citi Hilton and TY Premier, and those were separate pulls.
