This seems to be backed up by this post which shows that at least in April 2010 the vast majority of flights ex-LGW have AVOD.

Yes, I believe all 40J 3 class 777s have AVOD. I have not flown a non-AVOD BA flight LGW-TPA for 2 years. Speedbird676's update looks accurate to me.
