You should have requested his supervisor and the FSD as well.

You are allowed to have a witness of your choosing, so long as the witness is available and willing. In this case, the witness declined, but not before the TSA person indicated he would end the screening process and not do the pat-down if you had a witness.

By denying you the witness, he was in violation of what little we know of the SOP.

I asked the supervisor to rerun the original false alarm test, but he said they cannot do that.
Not sure about this one, but you can request that they show you the result for what it tested positive. They'll try to convince they can't - but they can and have before.

On a tangent, we can only speculate why the LEO refused to act as a witness and why the TSA immediately wanted to stop the screening process if the LEO would have agreed. Makes me wonder if both know something is going to happen that shouldn't. I guess, the LEO is not so much into the whole "to serve and protect" aspect.
