Because he didn't cup his hands around my genitals and squeeze or knead them. That would have been beyond intolerable!

And as for arrest, the 2 LEOs present had already informed me that they would do whatever the TSA supervisor wanted them to do, not what I asked them to do. So he wasn't going to be arrested.

This patdown, please understand, was an uncomfortable and unenjoyable one. And I do not condone what was done 'in the name of safety' by any means.
