It's unclear here if AC or AE keeps the fuel surcharge for *A segments. I imagine AC has been getting it for AC segments these past few years.
Previously, AC got the fuel surcharge on the tickets. In the future I expect *A surcharges will be given to them and they will pass them on to the appropriate partner as part of the reconciliation.
