Went into the Boeing Field location, for my interview, all well flawlessly, arrived early, taken in early, quick easy process. EXCEPT for the fact that a Canadian law requires the retina scans to be done on Canadian soil.... I know it wasn't just me, as the person ahead of me came out and stated the same thing, so he wasn't aware of this limitation either.

I could have easily scheduled a location in Canada, picked Seattle, for a combination of reasons (made a mini-holiday with Mrs. DenverDean, around my appointment).

The US and Canadian customs personnel were great, just limited in what they could do. So I'm a bit frustrated, I normally travel and arrive / depart outside of the NEXUS office hours, so I'll have to schedule an earlier trip just to get the retina scan.

I don't know if this info is posted on the GOES site somewhere and I just missed it or its not published. Either way, I thought I would be heading home with everything done, so I could breeze through the border crossing, but...

Anyway, thought I would throw this out there for others.
