I'm too, believe me!! I've found the ANA tool timings reasonably similar (as I say around the 8s mark), but the KVS ones have varied. The time I posted they were particularly bad, they have seemed to remain slightly better since then - however direct ANA tool access has remained pretty constant throughout.

Happy to provide screen capture video recording - hopefully you'd be able to decipher all the different status codes and work out what's going on. Any recommendations for what (free) software to use?
