I called and my flight in November - same routing, will still be this aircraft/config.
It is about 98%-99% of the time. Just check last month in October, there was one day don't have QS equipped 777, and of course no AVOD as well.

Someone mentioned in another thread, despite called and asked multiple times and confirmed, still when the person got on board the plane it wasn't the case. So it is all about luck.
