Last week I was on a 744 service from PVG to HKG when they told me my selected seat is not available because the screen was not working, they offered me 11A which didn't have a window so I stuck to my 12A throughout the flight. over all it was okay, the SP on the flight was nice enough to make sure I was okay with no IFE during the flight and took time out to make sure I had a comfortable flight.
That reminds me that I have to bring my tools onboard - either I have to fix that AVOD or break that for CX
