The Asus Transpire comes with Polaris Office installed. It will open, edit, and/or create Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents. It doesn't have all of the features that Office has, but features already built in, like transitions, work on the Asus. I haven't tried it with more complex things like macros. Add on the keyboard and it works just like a netbook. I use DropBox to move files back and forth.
