IMO you´d just need to show your *G card at check-in, no need to credit the flight to that FFP. The same rules apply with regards to lounge access.

I´ve done this many times times on LH (using my M&M card to collect miles and my AC card for the status benefits), ni problem at all.

Some airlines actually have two fields in the PNR, one for the FFP you want to earn miles with and one for your status.
