4. ^ I think Japanese and Taiwanese passengers are always very orderly and pleasant to be around, especially if you end up getting stuck in the back of the bus.
5. Like the food at NH's NRT lounges but can't compete with SQ's fully-loaded offerings at HKG. However, I agree that the NRT NH lounges themselves are better than the somewhat stuffy area of the HKG SKL. Plus you get washrooms, showers and very clean smoking rooms. Some of the lounge attendants at NRT are very pretty, too!
9. This is the big one, really. Ex-YYZ it's a decently long flight without too much loads in contrast to the flights from YVR.
